I’ve spent 25 years at the intersection of enterprise technology and transformation — as a systems architect, a CTO and co-founder building a fast data practice from scratch, and now leading a global Center of Excellence where I work with thousands of engineers and architects navigating the shift to AI-native organizations.
This blog is where I think out loud about what’s actually changing — not the hype, but the structural shifts that matter to how enterprises build, integrate, and compete.
My work has always lived in the space between deep technical architecture and business outcomes. I’ve built enablement programs, launched Architecture-as-a-Service models, and led transformation programs across some of the largest organizations in the world. What I’ve learned is that the hardest part of enterprise transformation is never the technology — it’s building the organizational capability to absorb it.
I write about AI strategy, data and streaming architecture, the future of professional services, and what it actually takes to lead transformation at scale. If you’re a CTO, CDO, or technology leader thinking about the same problems, I’d welcome the conversation.
